Join CALofJC for an evening of fun at our Trunk or Treat! Dress up, grab some treats, and and enjoy Halloween fun with friends and family!

Friday, October 30, 4:30 - 6:30pm

Outdoor weather permitting, will be moved indoors if needed.

Family Support Group Night was a huge success! Executive Director, Shelley Bailey spoke about some changes that will be happening at CALofJC and the bright future ahead for the residents and staff.

Last Thursday was all about chocolate! Our residents had a sweet time celebrating Willy Wonka Day with delicious chocolate taste testing and a fun hunt for those golden tickets!

CALofJC's residents were "wheel-y clean and ready to roll" on Wednesday! Everyone had a BLAST getting their wheelchairs and walkers cleaned during our Wheelchair Car Wash! 

A big thank you to the students at Ashley Academy for lending a helping hand, GENTIVA HOSPICE for joining us and CORNERSTONE CAREGIVING for the yummy refreshments!

CALofJC had a great time sitting down with the Johnson City Press to talk about the important role assisted living communities play in the lives of older adults and their families. 

National Assisted Living Week was a great opportunity to highlight the work happening in our communities, but creating a place where residents feel safe, connected, and at home is something we focus on every day.

As our Executive Director, Shelley Bailey, shared, “When we walk in these doors, we’re not walking into a job. We are walking in to serve these residents and their community.”
