Come to our Classic Hot Rod Car Show Father's Day Event on Thursday, June 18, 1- 3pm! We'll have cold watermelon and popsicles too!    

There's a lot of TWEETING going on at CALofJC! We have baby finches hatching and the residents are so excited to watch them go and start flying!             

All family and friends are encouraged to attend our next Family Support Group Meeting on Tuesday, June 16th 4:30 - 6pm.

Guest Speaker will be a Representative from Appalachian Funeral.

Dinner will be served.

CALofJC residents had a fantastic time at Roan Mountain State Park recently listening to the Forest Service Rangers and seeing different birds and animals!! Thank you, Donna Wise, Activity Director for planning this wonderful outing!

Congratulations to our very own Director of Nursing, Amie Markland, on her recognition as the TeamHealth Behavioral Champion Award winner!

Amie sets the highest standards to the quality of care provided at CALofJC as she goes above and beyond each and every day to ensure that the residents are taken care of!   

Ms. Peggy has been at CALofJC for approximately one month and she said she’s adjusting well and making new friends! 

Peggy was excited to receive a Braves hat and poster, and she told Shelley Bailey, our Executive Director, that the next time she went, she'd have to take her to the game as well!

CALofJC had a wonderful cookout celebrating Memorial Day and Ashley Academy!  The kids have come to the facility once a month for the 25-26 school year, bringing excitement and love to each of the residents!
